Follow-up fees: The evaluation charges listed above cover whatever work is necessary (including review of records, phone calls, etc.) up to the point at which a written report is released. However, more extensive follow-up consultation with parents, school personnel, attorneys, physicians, etc. is sometimes necessary after the report is released. If such follow-up work is requested, the standard charge will be $320.00 an hour billed in 15-minute increments (including any necessary travel time if I am being asked to attend a meeting outside of my office). I will send you a statement for these charges which are payable within 14 days after you receive the bill. (This standard charge will not be applied to any brief phone calls to schedule appointments, ask brief questions, etc.)
